PREVENTIVE HEALTH & WELLNESS PROGRAM

 

Do you have chronic disease risk factors like high blood sugar, high triglycerides, high blood pressure and overweight? Let’s work together to reduce your inflammation, get you off the daily blood sugar roller coaster, and get you adopting healthy lifestyle habits that will improve your daily quality of life. 

NOTE: This program is no way meant to substitute medical treatment or diagnose disease, but is meant to be complementary to any treatment or care plan your primary care provider has advised in the hopes that we will improve daily quality of life.

Together we will learn how to:

  • Incorporate more phytonutrient and fiber rich foods into your routine to battle inflammation and boost microbiome proliferation.

  • Discover foods and habits that make you feel energized and alive.

  • Decrease stress across all areas of your life.

  • Improve sleep quality and quantity.

  • Decode cravings and understand your body’s signals and what they’re trying to tell you.
