Hey, I’m Molly, a certified holistic health & nutrition coach based in Tel Aviv and Los Angeles and current graduate student pursuing my M.S. Nutrition & Integrative Health. Molly Cutler Health grew out of my ever evolving personal experience with Charcot Marie Tooth, a chronic neuromuscular disease that weakens my hands, legs and feet.
As a kid, I spent countless hours watching cooking shows, baking in my parent’s kitchen, and forcing my family to taste all of her experiments. I remember telling my mom at age ten that I wanted to go to culinary school when I grew up. And I really believed that I would. But as the reality of my Charcot Marie Tooth set in as I grew into my body, It became clear that the hands on nature of professional cooking would be destructive to both my weakened hands and legs. I grieved this reality, but accepted it, while continuing to express my creativity through cooking and baking.
In college while studying public health, I discovered another fascination that brought me fulfillment and satisfaction - the study of nutrition and how food affects our bodies on a deep level. And what began as a love affair with food and creating things in the kitchen evolved into a growing knowledge and belief in the power our attitudes and choices have on the quality of our lives physically and emotionally, regardless of preconditions. The way we talk to and treat ourselves, and the people and environments we surround ourselves by on a regular basis have the ability to dictate our overall health.
I promote combining proven knowledge from the science of nutrition and health with our own knowledge of which foods and lifestyle habits make us happy and feel our best. I believe this holistic approach leads to empowered decision making and prime levels of health and happiness.
I love eating and cooking real, whole foods that taste delicious. Sharing amazing healthy food with clients, friends and loved ones is something I love even more. I firmly believe that the way we eat and act around food is an expression of the way we feel about ourselves. Through making seemingly small changes in our daily habits, we can create huge impacts on our lives and on those around us.
