I love extravagant breakfasts, but hardly ever make them because..well, who’s got that kind of time most days?? So what Ive realized is even better…the simplest of breakfasts dressed up to the nines, but with efficiency and ease. I love this yogurt bowl because it’s so tasty, beautiful and quick to throw together. AND it doesn’t feel boring.

I don’t use exact measurements here, but it goes something like this:

  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 2-3 tablespoon water

  • 3/4 cup organic dairy yogurt or vegan alternative

  • 1 cup berries

  • 1/2 tablespoon nut butter drizzle

  • 1 teaspoon seeds of choice (ie. pumpkin, sunflower, flax)

Directions: First mix water and chia and set aside 5 min. Then add yogurt and mix well. Top with berries, nut butter and seeds!
