MATCHA WITH OAT MILK

There are a zillion ways you can make a matcha tea drink or latte, but this has to be one of my favorites. it’s easy peasy, healthy and so tasty.

MATCHA WITH OAT MILK

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon good quality matcha powder

  • 3/4 cup filtered water

  • 1/2 cup oat milk

  • Pinch ceylon cinnamon

Directions:

In a milk frother, add matcha and water and turn on. Pour the tea out into a tea cup or mug. In the frother, add oat milk and cinnamon and froth until foamy or hot. Top tea with oat milk.

If you dont have a milk frother, you may use a handheld battery operated whisk to foam both the tea and then the oat milk.
