CHOCOLATE ICY SMOOTHIE

This smoothie is icy, the perfect amount of sweet and will keep you full for hours. Check out the recipe!

  • 1.5 cups water

  • 1.5 cups steamed and then frozen zucchini slices

  • 1 small banana

  • 1 scoop organic chocolate protein (my favorite is Primal Kitchen chocolate coconut collagen)

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon ceylon cinnamon

Blend all ingredients on high and top with cacao nibs!
