Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

This light smoothie is refreshing, luscious and just sweet enough. 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups almond milk
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao nibs + more for sprinkling

Blend on high for 2-3 min. Top with more cacao nibs.
