In addition to one-on-one health & nutrition coaching, I lead nutrition and health focused workshops on a variety of topics including holistic nutrition basics, detox, decoding cravings, healthy eating for energy and productivity in the workplace, and more. I collaborate with yoga studios, startups, corporate companies, and brands to increase knowledge around holistic nutrition and to help people take easy, actionable steps toward better health.
COMING SOON // PRENATAL NUTRITION WORKSHOP & YOGA FLOW
Molly will be partnering with Maya Ginzburg of Yafo Yoga to bring mamas to be two nourishing mornings of prenatal yoga, meditation and a prenatal nutrition workshop. The first workshop will focus on nutrition and using food to feel good during pregnancy. The second workshop on will focus on prepping for motherhood through a nutrition lens.
