Hey, I’m Molly! I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach and hold a B.S. Public Health from George Washington University. I have a chronic neuromuscular condition called Charcot Marie Tooth, which has been my main motivator for taking control of my health and helping others do the same. I promote combining proven knowledge from the science of nutrition and health with our own knowledge of which foods and lifestyle habits make us feel our best. I believe this holistic approach leads to empowered decision making and prime levels of health and happiness.
