Golden milk lattes are all the rage these days. I like to mix it up with this chilled version. It's perfect on a hot day, yet still warming enough for a cold spring day.
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/2 tablespoon MCT or coconut oil
- 4 ice cubes
- Pinch sea salt
Add ingredients to a blender and blend until frothy!
